How long does production take?
A standard yurt takes 30–60 days depending on the model. Custom requests may add 1–2 weeks.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We have delivered to 42 countries across all 6 inhabited continents. Shipping cost is calculated per order based on destination.
Is installation included?
Our team installs within Kazakhstan and Central Asia. For international orders, we provide video guides and can connect you with local assembly partners.
Can I customize the interior?
Yes. We offer full customization: cover colour, felt patterns, furniture, lighting, heating. Describe your vision and we will advise.
Do you rent yurts?
